VITONY Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your VITONY purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• Returned in their original packaging

The 14-day return window begins on the date you receive your order. This applies to all purchases, including preorder items — the window opens upon delivery, not at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the following cases:

• The item arrived defective or damaged
• VITONY shipped the wrong item

In those cases, VITONY will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. There are no restocking fees.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
